Hopefully I'll be selling them. I'm pretty happy with my breed stock. Some of my customers were reporting bad hatch rates, so I set eggs and changed their feed, to see my results. I hatch again in another month or so, to see of the feed made a difference.

I like Noir. You guys will have to help me name mine. Especially from the HAL since I'm keeping those. I'm going to set the eggs in 2 hrs.

You think it was the feed?

There was interesting info at Sally's about eggs that fully develop but don't hatch or die shortly after hatching, with one cause being breeder health/nutrition being one cause. I was feeding Dumor layer pellets but switched to feather fixer. It's more expensive, but only the honas get it so the 40 lbs still lasted 2 weeks.

 I switched to Dumor .

I think it's a good feed. ChickenCanoe said the commercial pellets are very good and keep a chicken healthy for egg laying. As long as you're not hatching, it doesn't matter. You think that's what stopped yours from hatching? I think your temps are off.

I dont know what it was. I think combo of a few different things but not knowing means I cant fix it.
I am jealous and tickled for everyone hatching. I have to get my fix somehow. LOL
