It's really cute! What color egg will it lay? You have to post pics when it reaches adulthood. Before and after!

it will be probably white/off white knowing it stock. I will have to see what it will look like lol, dad was black with mom being a BBred offshoot it gonna be interesting to see the results.

lol yup only one. It mama is 4 years old but is a trustworthy broody, I may let her be covered by my better Hona boy for darker beaks

And this chicken math is easy, at the old place I ended up with 40+ birds due to broodies

I need to fix my little bator for lockdown of the six older eggs. They will be 2 weeks Tuesday I think?

lol yup only one. It mama is 4 years old but is a trustworthy broody, I may let her be covered by my better Hona boy for darker beaks
