The oldest Yak , I had was old 19 who actually calved when she was 19 and then adopted Annie (who was a month old) of that year. She died early winter. Curse of the favorites struck again

Wishing, the ablation isnt permanent. I think it said 6-9 months?

only time they have 'issues" is with the chute and head gates if they get "squirrely or try to charge out the chute. That's how Granny knocked her one horn cap off. It has finally almost caught up to the other side/one in size. Only took 7 years so far.
