I'm beat. Very busy day. Washed rugs, did laundry, built a pen for the chicks inside the pullet run (it's supposed to rain a lot this week and the run is covered), fortified a fence so Pi can't escape from the side yard (he's been doing it all week, the little pita). Today he chased Monkey, one of my old girls. Didn't touch her, but sure scared the poor bird... so I found some old fencing and puppy proofed it. He's not happy about it. Last thing, cleaned up the fire place, brought in some wood and built a lovely fire. First fire of the season, so I really cleaned the wood stove so it doesn't smell like burnt dust and webs. Going to be 35⁰ tonight. Brrrr.
thats pretty cold. Warmer here.35 is quilt weather.

We have a furnace. The pilot light needs to be lit. I couldn't figure it out and hubs was working out of town, so for tonight the wood stove is it.they look really good. Its been so long since you updated them I forgot you had them!

Pi likes to share the sofa... and Ming is usually on top of me. Tonight she's on the chair in front of the fire.you could pull a twist and put the critters in bed with you.
