Granny's gone and done it again

Idiot calls "we are out of fuel" SIGH and now today he is not sure if the bobcat is out of "gas" or why is wont start. SMH!!!!!! I asked just how he was going to make sure the yaks all got fed and feeder full since he will be in town over night. :he:he:he:he:he

Plan is to go to farm tomorrow grab the bobcat and trailer bring it in so I/he can get the motel parking lot cleaned out/up. So he had better figure something out. I did tell him to syphon the fuel out of Boomer if he needed to. Of course the gas tank is out there as well so I can't even bring 5 gallons with me. Last I knew it was still full BUT NOPE.
You must have got some snow? I have 3 five gallon gas cans. Normally just fill 2 of them that lasts me the season.

Dinner was pretty good. Tom finished his plate. I did too. Robert somehow managed to pick all the little pieces of chicken out but he had seconds. Pretty good for someone that said he wasnt going to taste it. Im proud of him.
Did he not eat the chicken, or eat just the chicken?

New things are hard.

And around 5 pm the well guys showed up. Turns out the people who owned the place before us poured a lot of bleach down the well. It corroded the fittings, until the only the electric wires were keeping the pump from falling down into the well! So $500 later, everything is back together and one part needed to be replaced because it was cracked.
I am so excited to be able to get a bath and wash my hair.

You have done a lot. time for a break.
No break with the weather turning cold. I still have some winterizing to do, coops to clean, as well as the barn. Plus i need to go around and fill all the waterers. Set up the water heaters. And several more trees will be coming down. Plus i need to plant the strawberry plants. 🍓
