well I called the pig man today. Sigh no piggies this year as those 2 winter storms last april killed most of his piglets.

So, I guess Sunny will have to stand in for the pig . Will butcher her between Christmas and New Years. If she's knocked up I will be sorry but enough is enough.

Should have and there are freezers at the farm that are empty and its COLD outside as well.

Shouldn't be over 300 pounds of usable meat on her. Average weight for a yak cow is about 750 pounds. Counting hide, horns and other NON_edible stuff.
