Granny's gone and done it again

New record for # of eggs in my fridge since everyone started laying! 6!

got rid of 2 dozen this morning and scrambled a dozen yesterday.

Granny, hugs. Healing vibes :( if you have it, toss some
Kitty litter on that ramp - may help traction if you got ice.

Sigh. Debating how to tell hubs I shouldn't go with him to Sacramento this year. Every year he goes for fire mechanic training - and I usually go with and get a visit in with the FiL and SiL....but funds are tight, work is crazy, and I get no paid time off. I looked into costs for flights (over 200 yikes) or if I were to Amtrak it (surprisingly lots of transfers and connections from San Diego to Sacramento! 85 bucks though but long time...) so I could meet him there mid week but...yeah.

Off work, hello everyone!

Welcome home! My dad, MIL, brother, and sister all like to get eggs, so too many is not usually a problem. I kind of hoard them a little bit, so we always have enough here to eat.

You are just getting home, and I have to leave... errands and pick up kid from school. It's a beautiful day here today, so a nice day to drive!

Do you have anyone to do critter care at your new place? It's only 10 hrs up interstate 5 to do the drive. I've done it several times. Amtrak might be more restful... or you could just stay home. I would.

Oooooh, I get it!  Yes, the link worked. Avery has like 30 pages of pics of the d'Anvers.  I have looked through them all in the past. Not sure I would have noticed blue mille fleur...  poor imagination!

I'm being nosy...  did you ever go bowling?
not yet, with the restaurant being busy we plan on going to them this week ;) will talk to him then :D

Ahaha I have too creative of a mind! Scare folks off : hide

Yeah. I haven't lined him up yet but it would be our friend minding the chickens - and I'd just send peach up with hubs when he drove up.

I honestly kind of just want to stay home...all love to the in laws but...
