Granny's gone and done it again

:wootIs it one that they deliver whole to you and unload where you want it or one that you have to construct yourself?

@grannyhatchet. Muscle relaxers are great. I have Flexeril on hand but can only take it at night or I tend to sit and stare out into space a lot.....well more than usual that is. Doctor is always telling me I need to take more but I ask him if he is going to come and do my housework and feed my chickens if I do. He understands then.
Flexaril knocks me on my butt for 2 days. Tom takes one every night and it doesnt bother him.

Advent, is that Lutheran?
Nope. Some of my family is Lutheran. I used to go to a branch of the United Church of Christ that is close to the Lutheran faiths. Was raised in the German Reformed Church. Lot of faiths celebrate Advent, Catholics, Episcopalians, Presbyterian, Methodists, UCC and probably many more that I don't know about.

Drive safe, Blue.

Hi all. Spent two days hauling boxes from the attic and putting up decorations. Too much time on my feet too much bending and stretching. Spent the day on the sofa admiring my handiwork.

Granny, don't do like I did. I put a box of biscuit mix in the freezer to keep it fresh, got it out, used it, put it back in the fridge where it promptly got moldy in 48 hours. That'll teach me.
I keep mine in the freezer always. Only take it out to use it, then back in the freezer it goes. Keep all my flours in the freezer. Take it out the day before baking, then back in the freezer.

And thanks, MC, we are safely back home at 8:20 pm. Left at noon. 8 hours in the car is a loooong day. We stopped to eat on the way home. If we drove all the way to the school it would be about 6 hours each way. :thAnd we would probably end up getting a motel, I don't think I could stand more than 12 hours. So we are grateful for the bus.
