evening all. Still waiting for the GIANT SNOW storm we are supposed to get between 8 and 18 inches of snow. From last night thru this thursday. Total of about an inch so far. BUT did have some freezing mist.

Got the calves vaccinated on sat.

Got another 47 dozen cookies done.

Adujuster showed up yesterday morning. He "supposedly" is going to write off everything in that room PLUS , I will wait for his report first.

Star has taken to impersonating the Abmobile snow monster. Comes in coated in snow and snow balls and then trys ( and succeeds most times) to get into my lap BEFORE I am aware.

No mail today as the mail truck didn't leave Bismarck last night.

I got the "stuff" ready to stick into you alls cards only been planning to do it for 2 or 3 years.

There is a safety shutoff function that is suppose to activate if a branch damages a line.

A few years ago the county went around and stripped all branches on the sides of trees toward power lines. The trees all looked really lopsided and it made a lot of people mad, but we have had almost no outages since they did that and the trees don't look too bad any more as they are growing new limbs.

Maybe on top of you are a woman and women can't afford to get 'too' sick because we are the natural care givers. I've heard people on the forum who have gotten the covid and I know somebody else who said they were vaccinated and boosted but still got sick along with families and they didn't get as much sick as the males of the household did. Strange really.

When DH and I got Covid at the end of 2020, I was WAY sicker than he was. I'm a wimp and he has the constitution of an ox! He almost never gets sick. OTOH, he reacts a lot harder to the vaccines than I do, so there is some justice in the universe.

nope I guess the roads in Bismarck and such were to "icey" for them to even try.
