Lately when I cook mushrooms, after they've cooked a bit in butter and olive oil, I throw a little worcestershire sauce, teriyaki sauce and soy sauce on them. Makes the SOOO yummy!

The roast beast is a rare treat, we rarely eat beef any more and when we do it's ground beef.
