Goldens tend to have a lot of joint pain. My Grizz was especially bad. Shoulders were Pippi g in and out..hips bad. I should have put him down a year before..it's so hard. He could barely walk he was in so much pain..even with meds.

That's terrible! The breed must have really gone downhill since I had mine. That was quite a while ago.

Not any more. Too dirty. I went to look out front. I'm loving it. Glad the kids are staying overnight! Sure is lonely here with them gone though.

I went rock hunting today! On the way back from picking up a baker's cooling rack near Boone's Mill. I found some rocks that people use for making arrowheads. And another type of rock i had not seen before. It was fun, even saw a crayfish.

I've really been enjoying taking hikes with my pups. I saw several frogs on Friday.
