Morning all, I got up at 8 then fell back asleep in my chair til 12 Tom said Bandit was licking my hand trying to wake me up, He was worried because I didnt wake up.

Good news for my neighbors... the power was restored for them all last night. Those guys got it all done! Maybe helped that the bulk of it was done by an independent contractor.
Recently the Public Utilities Commission okayed PG&E to raise our rates... again! Feeling like we are paying for previous poor management of that power company, where investors were paid off before any of the infrastructure was ever evaluated and overhauled. And some of it is quite old.

Pi has been loving his grunty pig toy... maybe a little too much. It stopped grunting. Sad Pi. I looked it over and tried to see if I could fix it, but no luck. Then this morning hubs grabbed it and about 15 minutes later brought it back working again. Happy Pi! Amazing what you can do with a piece of tubing and some double sided tape AND a brain that can fix just about anything!

Well i got tired of waiting for hubby to fix the hay rack, so i went out and fixed it myself. Then i made dividers between the feed bins, to try and stop the goats from fighting over feed bins. Once they stick their heads into the bin, they can't see the others. It's mostly Misty, the head goat , picking on the others.

Ugh, the neighbor had him carting sand over to her place this morning. I could use some sand myself!
