They keep filling out and their bones and stuff keep maturing the whole first year, true. But I think I read that they get their height by about six months. May depend on the breed and I could be wrong. What say our dog experts? H2oratt? Wishing? Pro?

Yeah my females get their height around 7 months. But they keep filling out.

are you tempted?

No, although this pup was #2's favorite. I am having enough trouble dealing with adolescent Pi. I cannot imagine having 2 of them at the same time. These are challenging puppies. The pay off is that as adults, they are very laid back. If anything, I would get another whippet pup when Pi is 2 yrs or so... IF he mellows out.

You definitely do. Can't even buy bullets here without showing id and filling out a form. They track everything... except for the criminals who don't bother to follow the laws. Pretty dumb.
