Granny's gone and done it again

That's the training... under what circumstances should you discharge your weapon? For example, if Robert tried to stop bad guy, missed and hit an innocent person, he'd be charged. The decision to fire is often split second. It takes lots of training make the right choice.
You can’t shoot someone unless you feel they will do you bodily harm. A fist fight would not count. The person would have to pull a weapon on him
