I had a great day today! Thank you. I used the heat all day yesterday on my throat area. It helped! Told me something..inflammation. I'm just not sure if it's inside or outside of the area. It sure did hurt to swallow. I used too warm of heat though..burned my skin. That's better today too. I was just determined to get it better. Plus, my head was good enough to go to little wally world. We have a neighborhood walmart..close by.
