We're going back friday for Bear's vet visit, so will talk to him on schedule but most likely next week. I had originally planned to be a large animal vet tech until life hit, so sorta close but it's with small animals.

Mississippi doesn't require a degree for vet tech, Original life goal was actually Large Animal Vet until ah seeing price for it couldn't justify the debt because Large Animal vet just... You never will make enough unless you get a foot into specific markets or niche sub job. Even with offer of sponsorship to the local vet school I just couldn't do justify the debt.

So opted for vet tech, originally large animal but with my joints that asking for a accident. So small animal is going to be "safer" (Small dogs bite the most but not the worsr thing I have dealt with) physically. Because of our working relationship with the vet school I had the privilege of alot of behind the scene shadowing that allowed me to have more hands on experience than many first year students

Yeah, even though I will be applying for ssi as long as I don't make much it shouldn't effect me. Parents already agree to taxi me back and forth because I can't drive.


Which speaking of DMV about to have our wraith with lying to our insurance saying I got a driver license when it was a gov ID we're 95% positive the clerk did it in purpose after I quoted federal law to her over religious head coverings and the fact stated I couldn't drive for medical reasons.

100% the crazy weather. Poor local wildlife can't tell if they should be getting ready for breeding season or hibernate.

Ah, she wanted you to remove your head covering for the photo ID? Anyway, all you should have to do is show the ID to your insurance co. to straighten that out. But you could complain to her supervisor ...

Insurance requires DMV to send it in unfortunately because "the photo of your ID could be photoshopped"

Yeah, and legally by federal law if you wear a religious headcovering you don't have to. Don't even have to be showing hair either, I just do because I like how it looks.

100% the crazy weather. Poor local wildlife can't tell if they should be getting ready for breeding season or hibernate.

There was a squirrel running up and down my mulberry tree like a crazy man, looking for something to eat. But there's nothing! Last week I had to put honey out for honey bees, they were crawling all over in the chickens' crumble, rolling around in it and trying to pick up pieces of it to carry off, poor things. Lucky I had half a jug of crystallized honey in the cupboard to give them.

Had to move a lizard I found because he was chilling in a part of the hay barn I was working. Poor guy looked just confused.
