Guess what, just a bit ago I started smelling a strange smoky tea flavored aroma, yup you guessed it, it boiled dry and burnt the teabag in it. Starting over AGAIN!

I used the burnt teabag to make my tea this time around. It really does taste a bit burnt, but who wants to waste a teabag, right? I'll drink it and just be a bit more careful next time.
Yup, I'm drinking burnt tea right now.

We do, we also usually sell enough chickens to end up with about 75 of them for the next breeding season.

We usually process 75-100 a year. Mostly we eat the older hens and young stock and sell the 6 month up to mature roosters as they are often the toughest in meat.
