No kidding. I could follow Cap around for about 25 minutes, then she'd have to call me an ambulance. I don't see how she does it but I bet she buys Wheaties by the pallet!

We just got back from a wedding and I'm feeling a bit woozy from eating icecream, probably too much sugar and me not being used to it anymore. Based on previous experince I need to drink a lot of water and that will take care of it.
Otherwise I'm feeling great!
