He hasn't jumped it yet. Maybe it's the slippery floor. He can easily clear 3½ft+ from a standing start... sails right over the garden fence to raid the kale and sugar snap peas.

What Pi has done is bite a few holes in the baby gate. He even ate a couple pieces.
