I just saw that on the news. Surprised to hear that it is only a 3 cent increase... which means a stamp is already 63 cents! I had no idea they were already that high. If approved, it would be the 5th increase since 2019.
Forever stamps make it easier to make the increases without people noticing.

I think I still have forever stamps that I paid 55c for. Mostly I text people, have not written a letter in years.

It really doesn't seem that long ago that stamps were 34 cents. 25 or 30 years.

I know I’m in the UK but I’ve always received eggs in post in polystyrene boxes. Never had a broken one as the eggs fit snuggly inside.
