10 pints of bone broth finally done. It lacks salt but still is very rich and flavorful. Wild animals are going to have a feast tonight with all that meat and bones thrown out. Robert helped me all he could. We are both tired out.

too tired to deal with it. The little bit of pork I could of saved just didnt seem worth it to me plus it had so many bone bits I would be afraid to give it to the dogs.
