He is retired and is choosy as to when he works. I don't push him. We never work more than 3 hours in a day. Now in this heat 2 is enough.

I did something bad. Was turning the eggs and somehow someway managed to crack an egg…I wasn’t holding it up, happened to put the cap on the incubator slightly off and so it slipped right onto the egg. disappointed in myself doubt it’ll make it, it’s cracked pretty bad. If it were a chicken egg maybe better but quail eggs are just SO fragile… :/
