I have no control over eater fresh hot bread. I love it.I made my best sourdough bread yesterday.

I normally take 2 tramadols in the morning and 2 at bedtime along with muscle relaxers. An 8 hour tylenol with the tramadols. I am prescribed up to 6 tramadol a day but try not to go over 4. Bending down and/or lifting is what gets to my lower back that can take me down for a day or two at a time if I'm not careful. Some times I get help unloading feed and getting into the metal cans that I fill feeders from. That is one of the hardest things on my back. I transport 50lb bags on the hood of my little garden tractor to the can at each coop.I dont think my PPs are working very well. I take percocets
