Granny's gone and done it again

Coops are closed until morning. The storm messed up my work area where I build coop parts. The wind blew the top off of my power tools so they will have to dry in the sun for a few hours and then I hope they will power up and not be shot. I would have settled for a slow drizzle instead of a violent storm.

Yak meat is a nutrient-rich food that is packed with protein, iron, and vitamins. Ground Yak is also a good source of omega-three fatty acids, which are beneficial for heart health, while being a delicious and sustainable way to enjoy all the benefits of red meat without the negative environmental impact.

A 4 oz. serving of Yak Ribeye, will generally have only 3% Fat, 50 mg of Cholesterol and 25g of Protein. The Yak has much better stats than Skinless Chicken or Salmon, not to mention Beef, Bison, or other Red Meat. Yak is very "nutrient dense", much lower in calories than most other meats.

WHO WOULD ONLY HAVE A 4 OZ STEAK?? I WOULD ROUND THAT UP TO ABOUT A POUND
