Captain Underpants is snoozing away nearby. She's very snoozy - trying to figure if it's a factor of her heat, all the change in her life, or if I should be worried.

Probably should set her up with the vet I've used anyway for a checkup after her spay and all that and to get her established.

...still need to message the groomer and let her know about Goose. That's going to be a hard one.

...edit. I think I'll do that after Kira has had her spay and is on the mend. Am I a little nervous about them doing the spay while she's in full bore heat? yes, just a little. However, she's not my dog (yet) and it's not my call.

2 specialist. Dermatologist and pain mgt. Primary tomorrow here in town. PT Friday at noon. Then a 120 mile ride to pick up some roosters for breeding stock and pets.

takes me 2 hrs to get to my pain clinic. Sometimes less. depends on traffic.

PMgt may send me to the loony bin. Wants me on 1800 mg of gabapentin a day. I understand the problem he is trying to fix and I know this is not even the max that some people have to take. Bet I take some good naps.

300 won't help at all with burning nerves for me. 300 used to help me sleep but not now. Pinching nerves in my neck and left shoulder and now down my left leg....
