I do believe that you would add salt to ocean water OR drink an Epsom salt bath dry.

Sneaking in a comment here. Smokers like salt. Don't you twist? My previous husband smoked. Put a lot of salt on a lot of foods. Smoking kills those taste buds. You guys are missing out on a lot of goodness. You probably already knew this.

I didn’t sleep either got up and took an Advil pm at 3 am. So now I am groggy

Advile makes you groggy? I don't take it often but did a few days ago for these tight shoulders and neck muscles. I felt tired after. I've taken it off and on for years and it's not had that effect on me. I'm so sensitive to meds now its crazy.
