Went out and got rid of the bedding i cleaned out of the tractors. It was a bit cooler than what we have had lately. Pulled nearly a garbage can full of weeds from my flower garden. Spread around another bag of mulch.

We gad a few very beautiful days but the heat is on its way back.

The pain is better since i am taking pills and using the compounded stuff 4x a day. But tired.

Im better then yesterday. Had charlie horse in my toes of all places in my sleep last night.
