My first blood work after taking sublingual was extremely high in b12. Way over the required amt. Doc told me to much was not a problem.

B12 is like vitamin C..passes fast.

It's just called B Complex and mine is made my Puritans pride. Being B Complex is in the data base for medications at the docs office I think they all are the same.

We have had two different brands of the B complex and both are terrible.

You're supposed to swallow them, not eat them.

I do but they stink when you open the bottle. I don't chew them they taste like stinky liver with out chewing.
