I dropped part of my nebulizer and it rolled under my bed. I cant get it and Im not asking Robert. I guess Nancy can get it for me tomorrow.

Im a little ok I guess. Realized this morning taking my meds I am like a machine. I take pills to run on. One to poop, one to pee, one to breath.one to keep my heart beating One for pain, One to keep me compliant.

I'm on a few of those too. Thankful for them!

sounds scary but I dont think I have that. I do have fibro

I didn't nap today but I did get off my hips for an hour or so. I can't sit but so long and that is about as bad as walking. Sitting can start a day of pain with them that current PP's will not help and I refuse to take any that are stronger. They only work for so long and If I start them now that can only start a bad spiral that will come crashing down.

We used to watch Emeril Lagasse (sp) on the food network. He used to talk about the new Smell-O-Vison TV's. Maybe one day they will make them. A hundred years ago no one would have dreamed about a TV much less a video phone where you could see who you are talking to. Don't think I'll stick around until they do. I'm content to play with a few chickens. Well maybe more than a few.

dr just upped mine to 4 a day.

well Im still taking 3 because I cant figure out how to work a 4th in. Im not getting up in the night to take one and its supposed to be every 6 hrs.
