Yup and it gets so much exercise that it has been said to be the strongest muscle in a body. If that is true would it also be the toughest?

I had a friend in detroit that would often have barbacoa for us for breakfast along with coffee. I loved it. She asked me to check on it in the oven one day and when I looked it was a cows head. I was already attached to the meat but I imagine I ate some tongue too.
Beef cheeks are good also.
