so tommorrow all I have to do is make the stock and stuffing, cook the bird, peel taters , make an apple crisp. and Peel and cook the squash. Jello salad is done and all the chopping of onions and celery is done. One of the people who buys eggs from me and his wife came over yesterday and brought me a pumpkin pie she had made.

IT's going to be cold enough that the snow won't melt and stick to the roads so no worries about ice. Lower wind speeds of 10 to 20 mph. and the truck and trailer will have some good weight to them.

stale no, none older then a couple days to a week yes, All diced up and in bread bags and sealed up. Some is bread and some is hot dog buns a different egg customer brings over here for me to "share the wealth" with the renters here at the motel and the majority for the chickens. Depending on age/condition.
