I picked up some Truvia and brown Truvia for baking. Haven't tried it yet. Sigh, simthing wrong with mu oven.

Yes. Had the bottom element replaced or repaired. Now it's the top element that's not working right. And I have orders for dinner rolls and cinnamon rolls for Christmas. And they can't get to me for at LEAST the next four weeks. I'm sunk!

I would really rather put this POJ on the back porch until it can get fixed and buy a new one for the kitchen. I can't believe it's not even two years old and doesn't work right. Then I would have a spare for canning, etc. But I don't have the right wiring for it on the back porch.
