One of the most violated state law that I know of for a fact is TN's law protecting all snakes whether a deadly poisonous one or a beneficial one. On private property copperheads don't get much protection from any laws.

So you can legally shoot a deer over bait in your state?

In mine with a permit to do so it is legal. The state is making money on pest control in a way. It costs money to clean up the highways of them and they can cause serious accidents.

I had beans two days in a row. Every meal might be a felony.

Interesting, my beans don't give me gas. Pinto beans. I cook them in the crockpot. One tsp salt per cup of dry beans, rinse very well and cover with water. Cook on high an hour or so, reduce to low and cook all night. Beans will be soft and tender, no gas.

Don't let me test them....l love them when made into refried beans on a burrito. Gas is not in the bean. It's the microbes in us digesting the beans....

In the 70's there an article written about a new gas less bean that was going to help with the cost of protein without the problem of social problems. Over a half century later it's still in development I guess.

Just call me grace . I tripped over the cat with a mug full of water. Hit the door and water bounced back hitting me square in the face! hahaha Yes, Im awake now. Hurt the same 2 toes I hurt yesterday and messed up the top of my hand. Its already turning pretty colors.
