Oops, Granny. Try holding cig between middle and ring finger. Awkward but you'll get used to it. You can't drop it from there. If you fall adleep with it there, it will burn you and wake you up, you won't drop it and set yourself or house on fire.

that I had this biopsy once before and it failed because I was very nervous and it hurt.
