Going in tomorrow for my shoulder. Talked to nurse. Says they can do the tenex in office, but insurance won't pay for it there. The machine they use. Would cost me a thousand dollars if I wanted it done in the office. Hospital. Paid for. Anyway, they are appealing for the MRI for my knee. Good thing. It bothers me more now than the shoulder. It blew out pretty good day before yesterday. Have to walk more on the front of my foot to keep it from what feels like curling then zapping me good. I'm falling apart at the hinges. Both knees and shoulders.
Any big plans for New Years Eve? I have my pan and spoon ready. Kids are having friends over to play a game that takes forever.

I go to a surgery center for my epidural injections. $205 copay but that beats paying for a machine. I'm about due for one of those right in the joint hip injections on both sides and another one in the lower spine. I need to find a way to make a profit on my aches and pains the way the medical world does. Maybe a new TV Series about ........... Need more sleep to figure it out.
