I can talk to me chickens about anything. They don't seem to mind talking about Wings at Hooter's. I do like those 3 Mile Island Wings from Hooters. At least I used to. When my taste buds went out we went to Hooters over in Knoxville and I ordered wings thinking it would ok there. Well that's when I realized it was me and not the chicken.

Eating a little boneless and cubed pork steaks seasoned really well. Ground beef in chili.

I dont eat much meat. I dont think it suits me. I miss stuff like rare steaks though and I never ate them rare before. Probably because my iron and 12 is low.

Eating meat won't help your B12 if you have to take injections. I raised my iron once eating raisins. Concord grape wine is supposed to be good for building iron also.

Maybe another week or two I'll grill a steak over charcoal and test the beef buds. A small one. 4-6 ounces at most.

thats right. I forgot. I like raisin bread. I was just messing with you. I put butter and honey on mine toasted of course.
