I kind of have a hankering for some Jumbo Gulf Shrimp butterflied and made into coconut shrimp. Some also into shrimp scampi....

Well we are having tri tip from Christmas heated up crab was so expensive over25 dollars a lb.

I like all fried types of shrimp. None boiled. Not a fan of those baby popcorn shrimp either. Better to use those for bait.
