Yes I don’t like leaving my dog at the vet either. Esp for surgery. It is very upsetting.

Well, it is colder than a witches teat. My dog lesson went well considering I haven’t practiced for 4 weeks. We just got our brand new 650 dollar vitamix. (can you imagine). We took back our old one to Costco. It had quit working. They gave us a cash card so the new one only cost 15 dollars.

I didnt get to go to the er. Maybe tomorrow. 2 trips to town for Fawn. She is home and crying. We have her in the cage and she doesnt understand why. Vet gave her carprofen to start tomorrow for pain. She was dripping blood and scared us but Robert found the cause. Her nails were trimmed too short. He dunked her paw in corn starch a couple times and got it stopped. She has her cone of shame on that @prostar mailed us. Its a nice one. Way better than those plastic jobs. She has already tried licking her wound.

Yes. Natural for them to try and lick. Glad you have a nice cone. She'll be pretty uncomfortable tonight.
