Had to help the repair man called for rm 21 HVAC unit quit. Burned out motor and of course "they" don't have one on hand. So sent him over to the garage to see if there was one on a junker unit. He talked me into taking a whole used one. THESE things are NOT light. Get it over to the room and plugged in to test before pulling the crp one out of the wall. HUMMMMMM heater part came on real good BUT no fan assembly SMH. So back to the garage for the NEW one still in the box I bought around the time of the boom. Hump that over , rinse and repeat only this one work SO sent the other 2 units off with him to fix cost of parts and total cost to repair each BEFORE I give them the go ahead.

Oh nooo! We had one freeze yesterday. Normally we collect eggsabout 3:30 in the afternoon, might have been closer to 4 pm. So today I gathered around noon and sgain at 3:30. But, hsve only been getting 5-8 a day so no biggie. How many did you lose? As in, how many dozens?

between 20 and 33 dozen. AND some upset customers who most will stick with me.

Why, Twist, WHY do you put up with him??? Why don't you hire somebody competent? He sure costs you a lot of money in busted equipment and chores that don't get done.

BUT wait there's more.

My sewer vent/exhaust pipes on the east side of the roof on the east wing had foot long ice growths coming out of them. I managed to talk one of my renters into removing them. He didn't want to go on the roof with a hammer INSTEAD he and another renter decided to use the 1 ft long 2/6 board I had on the car trailer. Boiler man was here today as and They had to rewire the whole thing BUT it's up and running so those 4 apartments now have heat without using their oven and electric heaters.

BUT wait there's more

Blue still won't start, even with the 2 jugs of HEET I put in yesterday. Drain guys will be here in the morning. Did 2 leases and jumped thru some hoops so they can get on rental assistance, and I will get paid asap plus a deposit on both rooms. Dishwasher is still not working correctly so have a shop vac to suck out water between cycles. My knee's are killing me from the cold I suspect. Star is bringing in frozen turds and depositing them in the hallway. and in front of doors.

yeppers and I will get the bill tomorrow when they come back and make sure everything is working as it should.
