Try this, I'll keep looking.

If it is more of a system fault that requires thermostat to be reset you would set the system switch to off and then back to heat or cool. Turning off all power to the system would also result in a reset.

I don't think he has RSV because he is not running a fever, has a productive cough and is not wheezing. These are common symptoms of RSV. Even if it is RSV there is not a lot you can do for it except treat the symptoms until the virus goes away on it's on in a week of so. We will know more after he see's the doctor tomorrow.

I'm thinking this is his wife.
