Similar , but not exactly the same. It's like Campbell's soup compared to home made soup.

No, they use molds and liquid clay. All are exactly the same shape. Mine are made from plastic consistency clay by hand. They all vary somewhat.

Sometimes they put their pots in sale. Also I sometimes get them cheap at Goodwill. Currently I need bigger pots for my plants, so I will be making some.

And I can decorate them with any texture or carving I want. And use any glaze I want. Lots of time involved.
