Granny's gone and done it again

Can’t have a beaver motorhome without making lots of double entendres. ;)

Apparently the slide just needs to be adjusted. We’ll have to massage and ease it in proper I guess.

Yayyyyyy

Had those once. They did nothing in my case :/

Bedtime soon. It’s not even nine and I’m exhausted.
I am tired too. Got up early today.

Tomorrow will be a good day. I feel it in my bones..
Sweet dreams.

I give Robert credit for knowing what he can and can't do. I respect that. He does what he can, and in some ways, that's a lot. It's hard for "us" to understand the mind of a person with autism, especially given the fact that no two people with autism are alike. They perceive the world differently than the rest of us do, and they have to figure out how to navigate that world the best they can. Robert's doing the best he can. I'm not sure either of my kids could or would give me a shot once a month, but Robert does that for Granny. He does a lot. I think he's pretty amazing.
Well you would be surprised at what we can do when we really want something. If he wants to live out there he may have to learn. Sounds like there are no rides out there where they live. He needs a room mate that drives.

My kid is brilliant in a lot of ways, and also mildly autistic. Sometimes I just have to shake my head because I forget that he is and then ... bam, there it is. And then I realize he sees the world completely differently from the way I do.
But don’t we all. Some stuff is hard for one but not for others. Look at temple grandin
