Right now we are eating very simple because she has a very bad shoulder problem. She starts PT next week with it. I hope it helps. At least it is not something that would lead to a shoulder replacement.

I just got up from a long nap. After looking at the weather it looks like it is going from bad to worse. It's looking like it will be the 16th before I can run the tiller again. We shall see. The guessers have been wrong before and hopefully they will be wrong about this. They've been pushing the death of a big glacier we didn't make and are now going on another scare push that it is dying again like we caused it. Glaciers used to be as far south as the gulf coast states. Science tells us the Ozark Mountains are not mountains but rather just hills and valleys left by receding glaciers. All of the great farm land in the upper midwest was created when the glaciers melted there dropping the soil from the south. That is what the weather people fail to mention. I did not forget what I was taught in high school. Were they lying then? I don't think so. Any weather scientist that doesn't get onboard with the mantra being pushed is unemployed. I asked one at a meeting how soon before I could sell my place here as ocean from property and he said nor I, nor my great, great, great, greatest grand kids would see that. Darn and all this time I thought I had bought an ocean front property cheap.

So frustrated. Robert got his insulin today. No needles. I called pharmacy, they said call dr. Here we go again. These are the pens, not the vials he has been on.

I agree. Global warming is just another scam to scare people.

Good news. Well..better news. I don't need a full knee replacement. He thinks that having it scoped will benefit me, he hopes. They will clean out the torn and ripped meniscus. He's only seeing one small spot that is bone on bone. I said, yes, that hurts. lol. But, I have a lot of space in between so it's best to wait because full knee replacements don't work as well than if there isn’t any space..bone on bone. I won't get into explaining it. My hand. I was brazen enough to ask if there was a hand Orthopedic that used the Enzyme in the building. I did get my first cortisone shot from a guy in there. Big Orthopedic offices. He said yes, he believed, that there was. I have an appointment to go back Tuesday for the consult for my knee. I'll ask the gals up front about the hand specialist using that.

I'm beginning to feel like a pre bedtime nap might be a good thing. I got damp going out and getting the mail as well as checking on some of the free ranging kids. Had to know they were under shelter out of the rain and they were. A few had been out playing in the rain. When I drove up to get the mail one of the roos followed me. He didn't get his afternoon treat yet. I had to go out and take care of him. He expects a little bit of fresh bread once a day now.
