Granny's gone and done it again

I can't believe what I just did. I had bought a 2 gallon sprayer for the other side of my back area. I don't think Bronwyn and I got that thing put together right. 😁 I keep having to pump it to keep it spraying, meaning I'm thinking it should spray longer than 15 seconds. 😒 My right hand. Ugh. 😬 Austin will get after me when he gets home. He said he will do it tomorrow. We'll, only half got done. Going to rain Saturday. I want to make sure it gets in enough to kill those weeds. And, I'll know if I mixed enough stuff in there by morning. I'll take a picture if this hand. My finger and hand hurts. This is as far as my finger will straighten out, and I can't close it all the way. :/ Swollen at the bottom. I'll be glad to get the surgery done. Monday. Hows your finger Granny?

well. Second bougiemat was successful. Went to my normal one and not a single washing machine was open! Went to another bigger one and yay great success. Wash is in.

So. They countered our offer. Not on price - on closing. On or before 6/21. Guess they are anticipating trouble from creepy tenant. So I’m checking in with our realtor if we can have a clause of we need at least a walkthrough…also a little concerned what happens if he goes crazy and does damage to the house.

Sigh this is a bit more problematic with hubs being a house spouse now. I mean, the long escrow could work if he was still working. A few months to bankroll and make that sweet sweet California cash…instead it might be us campsite surfing up there while he finds a job up there.

I had to bring goose in for an inbetween bath at petco once…and I need to do the same for Kira again - but we’re supposed to get Weather again this weekend so no point. Sigh.

Our realtor was going to do a walk through video for us on the house we put an offer in on today, but Creepy Tenant decided to last minute cancel that, citing “ex gf issues”

Unfortunately nothing he really can do but reschedule but he may have to pull out the big guns if he doesn’t play ball. I am a little apprehensive as to what kind of condition this guy is going to leave the house in…
Maybe request a final walk through BEFORE you sign the closing papers like right before.
