Whew, caught up!

When do you celebrate Easter?
Um... if you mean Christ's Resurrection, every day.

If you mean do we dye eggs and eat chocolate rabbits, in honor of the first full moon after the spring equinox, no. None of that. Maybe some Adventists do, but like Christmas it would be an individual, personal thing, not a church thing. We commemorate the Resurrection quarterly when we celebrate the Lord's supper.

I bought a bunch of beef and food and a new barbecue grill that's going to get broke in good next week when my son arrives to observe (hopefully!) the eclipse, so I'm not planning any big fancy meals till then.
 
I always cook mine in a little water till just tender - cut in chunks or wedges. Never noticed shrinking. Serve with butter and salt, oh mercy!
I rinse mine with water before nuking it covered. But, usually don't add any extra water.
