I'm doing OK. I upped my Celexa a bit. I have to do it gradually because of my sensitivity to meds.

I know about the hand pain. I hate to drive more than the 10 mile round trip into town and back for chicken feed.

I'm done with therapy for my hand. Still isn't right. Saw dr again. Says no arthritis after x rays. Just need to keep doing therapy at home. Not all of the ones I've been doing but some.

I've only been taking 10 since the 90's. Trying to go up to 20.
