Problem is they need jobs. How is the job market? As you know you cant make anyone do what they don’t want to. My dad would never move. SIL side has family in Kentucky. Not sure about moving there if I move it would be a red state with no income tax.also need a market for my puppies. Not many people will pay what I ask.
