Getting into upper 80's today..close to 100 by next Tuesday. Ugh.

Went out and pulled up old pansies. Planted a few petunias. It was only 77 out there, but I was dripping sweat. I just don't do heat well..not even low heat. My air is already going. I have it at 72 right now. Cooling off after a nice bath. Whew. Summer Solstice is today. It will now progressively get darker sooner.

Got 4 jelly eggs today. Still don't know if it's just one hen laying all these or multiple. They're always in the poop trays when I check first thing in the morning. I suspect pullet(s), as I never saw these before the pullets started laying. Don't know if a camera would help, as they're being laid in the dark.
