It was a pretty good naked peeps tonight. I enjoyed it. I heated turkey and dressing for dinner and a jar of chicken gravy. It was good but I left it on the counter for a few hrs and then had some more and now I feel a little sick. It sat out too long maybe.

I have the pain clinic tomorrow. Trying to figure out when I should leave here to allow myself time to stop at family services before the 2:30 appt. I allow 2 hrs to get there normally I wonder if they close for lunch.

Might not be too far off given the right circumstances.

I did rest most of the day up until 4. Then Ma and I started chicken chores and when done with that spent about 20 minutes setting up to water the okra that was wilted badly. Speaking of Okra I better go shut the pump off. Just when you think you can stay seated in your chair..........................
