Granny's gone and done it again

Good peeps my meds are working so I need to wander off in the direction of my roost once again. I'm going to plant some more okra first thing in the morning while it is cool and then start the process of getting ready for the new kids coming mid week. Never a dull moment when you have chickens and big gardens at the same time. I think we will get a pair of feeder pigs fall of 2025 if I can grow enough corn to fatten them out at about 240 lbs each.

Granny I had one nightmare that kept coming back. I was standing behind a light pole while someone was trying to shoot me. That one must have came back a dozen or more times.

I did rest most of the day up until 4. Then Ma and I started chicken chores and when done with that spent about 20 minutes setting up to water the okra that was wilted badly. Speaking of Okra I better go shut the pump off. Just when you think you can stay seated in your chair..........................
